FAQs

ORDERS AND DELIVERY / PICKUP

  • How much is shipping?
We will pack and ship your order to any address within Canada. Items to be shipped will be charged $25.00.
  • When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday (excl holidays) will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 2 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. We use standard shipping so you should receive your order in 5-7 days. Please contact us if you would like a quote for expedited shipping.
  • Can I collect my order?

We are open 7 days a week 11 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After you place your order, call us at 604-987-1773 or 604-715-3981 and if it is during opening hours, you can come and pick up the same day. You can also email us at gsc@nscss.net.   Please allow 24 hrs for a reply to any emails.

If our opening hours don't work for you, we can arrange an alternate time for pick up that might suit you better. Please call or email to arrange.

  • What about returns?
Some items are brand new but some items are pre-loved, which means although they are in great condition they still may have a little wear. We carefully look through each item to ensure there is no damage and if we see anything we will make sure it is mentioned in the description of the item.
All Items Are Final Sale. If for any reason you are terribly unhappy with your purchase please do email or call and we will try and work something out for you.

DONATING TO GOOD STUFF CONNECTION

  • What happens to the items I donate to Good Stuff Connection?

Donations can be dropped off 11-3 seven days a week, closed on all statutory holidays.  If you have a large load please call 604-987-1773 to ensure we have space and able to take your donations.  We are so very grateful to everyone who takes the time to bring us donated items. Donations can go directly to women and children staying at our safe and secure housing programs, be passed on to individuals in need through Good Stuff Connection's Clothing Program, or sold in our store to raise funds for our other programs like our kids summer camp or our homeless outreach activities.

  • How are donations cared for?

We take cleanliness and care of our donations very seriously. Each item of clothing is steamed for your safety. Shoes, handbags and accessories are cleaned and disinfected using safe and natural products.
